Human Resources Coordinator: Responsible for benefits administration, governmental reporting, maintaining Human Resources Information System, employee orientations, assisting in recruiting, hiring and providing professional development (retreat planning, trainings) for employees and volunteers, and processing Workman’s comp claims, payroll, CORI/SORI’s.
Executive Assistant: Responsible for coordination of CEO time, including managing his calendar for both internal and external events/meetings, and assisting CEO with special projects, including preparation and review of reports, presentation materials and other documents.
Front Desk Coordinator [part-time position]: The Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator will support the Chief Financial Officer in reception services, office/ building management, and administrative services to all of College Bound Dorchester’s departments.
Program Manager: The position is responsible for all administrative, policy, reporting and planning activities related to the program. The Program Manager will develop their staff and their program, as well as their budget. The Program Manager may also be required to provide occasional coverage in the classroom.
Lead Educator: Responsible for implementing child assessments and designing activities to meet children’s needs, motivate children toward a positive attitude for learning, facilitate the development of self control, social skills, self-esteem and conduct meetings with parents and teachers.
Educator: Responsible for working with the Lead Teacher and Program Manager towards the implementation of curriculum, assessments, and program standards and procedures.
Substitute Teacher: Responsible for working with other team members in implementing developmentally appropriate preschool activities for young children.
Program Manager: The Out of School Time Program Manager will provide all educational, programmatic, and administrative supervision for the program and will work closely with the Director of Early Education and Out of School Time to ensure quality while preparing for aggressive growth plans.
Case Educator: Responsible for youth supervision and engagement, organization, coordination and implementation of activities and events relevant to youth.
Math/Science Middle School Teacher: Under the supervision of the program director, the teacher will provide daily classroom instruction within frameworks of an interdisciplinary, thematic curriculum model with an emphasis on team teaching methodologies.
